Q. How long does shipping take?

A.  Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. This excludes weekends & Holidays. Once order is Shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders do not ship until they are fully processed.

Q. What happens if my order is returned to sender?

A. If order is returned to sender,you can pay $19.99 ReShip fee to reship the returned order. If you wish not to pay ReShip fee,you will receive a Beautiful People credit in the full aount of your order subtract the shipping cost.



Q. I gave an incorrect address,Can I get a refund?

A. We are sorry to inform you, a refund will not be granted. Please be sure to put the CORRECT address when placing order. 



Q. My items were stolen, How can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we suggest getting a PO Box to prevent that. You would also need to file a claim with your local post office or call USPS for further assistance.
